You only put an apostrophe ' when something owns something else, like "dad's car" or when a letter is missing, like "he is" -> "he's"

Say "no" to nightmares, "no" to fear" hes saying that that throughout your life a lot is going to happen but you have to fight it you cant give in you cant live your life in fear and you have to pull through the hard times
